Waking up like this was more than enough to make up for being jabbed by tiny bobby pins. Well. Mostly make up for it.

Eggsy grumbled into the top of her head, only wincing a little as he was poked in the cheek. "Too fuckin' early."

Why were they awake? Could have been the sudden increase of noise throughout the dorms. Maybe.

"Why is it so loud today?" Mara whined.

"Don't they know people are hungover?" Damn that spiked punch.

Some people did indeed know that. Which was why there was a sharp knock on the door to really aggravate it.

Jarik had to enjoy the little things in like. Like one point in time where she was better trained than her parents. Mostly.

"Did you order breakfast?" Mara asked, sitting up and looking around for something other than a tank top to be wearing.

"Hafta have use of me arm for that," Eggsy replied, getting said arm back from under her. Oh, pins and needles. He stretched out, in no way minding that he was shirtless for whoever was knocking.

Jarik pressed her ear to the door to make sure she wasn't interrupting something that would put her in therapy for years afterwards. You know. If therapy was a thing that ever happened.

"I didn't bring breakfast," she called after a moment.

"...you got a sister I didn't know about?" Eggsy asked once the random ginger girl stepped back out into the hallway.

"I don't," Mara said, frowning hard.

This girl was Force-sensitive. That wasn't good.

"Who are you?" Mara demanded through the door as she hopped her way inelegantly into a pair of sweatpants that might have begun life as Eggsy's.

"Your daughter," Jarik said, really wishing she wasn't Force-sensitive right now. Because gross. "Surprise."

Which is why Eggsy fell out of the bed in a clumsy little pile. "WHAT?!"

"Sithspit," Mara cursed, closing her eyes. "Why are you here?"

"Oops," Jarik said dryly. "I meant to break it to you guys gently."

She most certainly did not.

"This a joke?" Eggsy asked, looking at the door and then at Mara as he fished around for a shirt.

Mara sighed heavily. "This happened last year. Not to me. Random children showing up for a weekend."

She tossed him a bright yellow shirt that could only be his.

Well, it was ugly enough that it probably was, yes.

"And this shit's normal?"

"Mom's from space," Jarik reminded him. Helpfully. And he was part of some weird, stupid spy group based off the Knights of the Round Table.

Mara winced. "Call me Mara?" she tried. "You're....my age. It's weird."

"It's weird for me too," Jarik assured her. "Do I have to call him Gary?"

Now she was being mean.
